Hatha Yoga

Strength. Flexibility. Inner equilibrium.

“Hatha” translates as sun (ha) and moon (tha) — the dance between doing and being, effort and ease.
This grounding practice builds strength, mobility, and stability while gently aligning body, breath, and focus. Expect to feel centred, clear-headed, and quietly powerful… without breaking a sweat for the sake of it.  

Yin Yoga

Slow down. Sink in. Let go.

Yin works deep into the connective tissues — fascia, ligaments, tendons and joints — places modern life loves to tighten.
This is a soft, passive practice where gravity does the work and you do the surrendering. Stillness becomes the teacher, releasing stored tension and opening energetic pathways. Part yoga, part meditation, part ahhhhhh. 

Yoga Nidra

The art of doing nothing — brilliantly.

Often called yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra guides you into a deeply restorative state between waking and dreaming. Half an hour of Yoga Nidra is the equivalent of 4 hours deep sleep.
It calms the nervous system, melts stress, supports emotional balance, and improves focus and mental clarity. One session can feel like hours of sleep without the duvet or the guilt.

Sound Healing

Linda Greenway: Holistic Therapist, Nutrition Guide & Retreat Co- Pilot

I’m Linda… a Holistic Therapist and wellness guide with 25+ years’ experience helping women break free from fatigue, bloating, and that familiar “running on empty” way of living.

My approach is shaped by travelling through 60+ countries, hosting retreats in beautiful locations, and three decades of studying how food, lifestyle, and mindset shape the body.
I blend together plant-based nourishment, Ayurvedic and Macrobiotic principles, grounding detox support, lifestyle shifts that really work, and my much-loved reflexology… inviting in the spice of life with a refreshing touch of adventure and cultural flavour along the way.

If you’re in Spain, you may have seen me on Good Morning Spain TV, sharing simple Monday wellness tips… because feeling fantastic shouldn’t require a manual.

Lori Sjollema: Yoga Teacher & Body Therapist

Lori has devoted over 30 years to guiding people back into their bodies with warmth and care. Her deepest desire is to share lessons from her life — helping others overcome
challenges through movement, meditation, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Trained in Pranayama, Hatha, Yin and Restorative practices, her soothing voice and skilled hands (massage therapy) lead you into deep relaxation, mental clarity and inner regeneration.

Tania Mathers: Sound Healing & Wellness Coach

Tania is a water alchemist, Certified Wellness Coach, Alchemical Yin Yoga teacher and Watsu & Ai Chi practitioner. Her crystal singing-bowl sound journeys work with flow and frequency to release hidden tension, unlock old traumas and support cellular repair.
Guests often leave feeling radiant and renewed, as if they’ve had a natural face-lift with effects that ripple through the days afterwards. A powerful highlight of the retreat.
